To ensure smooth service, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation guidelines.
1. Timeliness
As seating is limited, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you expect to be more than 20 minutes late, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Reservations may be canceled if we do not receive prior notice of a delay.
2. Reservation Eligibility
Reservations are available exclusively for guests who will be dining with us. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate reservations for those who do not intend to order food.
3. Reservation Changes & Cancellations
To help us serve all guests efficiently, we request that any modifications or cancellations be communicated in advance. Last-minute changes may affect our ability to accommodate other guests.
Cancellation Guidelines:
• Please notify us at least 4 hours before your reservation for any changes.
• A cancellation fee may apply if a reservation is canceled or the number of guests is reduced without prior notice.
• In the case of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation, a fee of ₱200 per person may be charged.
• If cancellation fees apply, we will inform you accordingly.
4. Wet Clothing Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, those wearing wet clothing will be seated in the terrace area only.
